Consett Arts Theatre School (C.A.T.S.) is managed by professional dancer and singer Sara Lumley.
Sara has a wealth of experience in professional touring theatre shows both in the UK and abroad. She has a fantastic rapport with our students and she is currently coaching them through their second wave of theatre school exams.
C.A.T.S. are already recognised as one of the leading theatre schools for young people in the North East with some of the best teachers available.
Sara said "We offer dancing, singing and drama classes to girls and boys from 4 years upwards. It's hard work but great fun and gives kids an opportunity to learn everything about the performing arts in a disciplined, happy and safe environment."
Later this year Sara is appearing as Snow White in the annual Christmas Panto at the Alun Armstrong Theatre in Stanley, Co Durham.
